Summertime, and the livin’s… pretty busy, actually. Late spring and early summer are the times of year when calendars start to fill up with big party plans.

For Mother’s Day
Skip the breakfast in bed. It doesn’t matter how many YouTube videos you watch — you’re never going to learn to perfectly poach an egg. Instead, treat Mom to a meal fit for the queen she is: We’re talking brunch.
At Brick House, we do it up right with delicious classics-with-a-twist, like our Southern Fried Chicken Benedict, Grand Marnier French Toast and Bison Benedict. We hand-cut our bacon every day and make our own breakfast sausages in-house, so you know Mom is in for something good. Oh, and did we forget to mention we have $2 mimosas on Saturday and Sunday? For graduation weekend
The relatives are coming into town this summer to celebrate this major milestone, which means you’ve got a crowd to feed. Call ahead to make a reservation or order some Traveling Trays and leave the heavy lifting to us.
Hosting a happy hour? We’ve got you covered. Order up an assortment of appetizers, such as our White Meat Chicken Bites, Spiked Calamari and Seven Layer Dip, and don’t forget that Happiness Hour runs from 4 to 7 PM, every Monday through Friday.
Planning on dinner? There’s something for everyone, but we especially recommend the Lamb Burger, Grilled Mahi Mahi and Filet Mignon Salad. And with our extensive beer, wine and cocktail menu, you’ll be more than ready to toast the new grad.
Have a really big group — think 15 people or more — coming in? Check out our Group and Event menu for seated dinner and buffet options. Plus, your grad eats free with a group of 15 or more, so be sure to call ahead and get your reservation in!
For Memorial Day
The pool is freshly filled, the lawn darts are out and the party is at your place. Even if you’re a total grill master, our Traveling Trays are just the thing to keep guests happy while you wait for the coals to heat up.
Consider snacks such as Deviled Eggs, House Baked Soft Pretzels and Tavern Wings, or hand-rolled pizzas such as our Pepperoni, Wild Mushroom and Kobe Brick pies. We’d be remiss not to mention the Drunken Pork and Buffalo Chicken meatballs.
