Brick House Shareable Pretzels

At Brick House Tavern + Tap, we’re all about sharing the love. That’s why so many of our menu items are designed to be shared. Whether you’re catching up with your buddies, cheering on your team or gathering with your co-workers for some after-hours recuperation, these shareable menu items are sure to please any crowd.

First up, order up some Tavern Wings. You’ll get a full pound of wings coated in your choice of buffalo or brick sauce, served with ranch, bleu cheese or sriracha ranch dipping sauce and house-made chips.

Feeling a little fancier than that? Then try our Butcher’s Board, an artisanal assortment of cheese and hand-sliced cured meats.

And if you’re trying to get your veggies in, our Seven Layer Dip is just the thing. We stack harissa, yogurt, oven-roasted tomatoes, smashed avocados, smoked cheddar and chopped olives on top of a white bean purée and serve it with grilled naan.

But to get the most bang for your buck, bring the gang over for our most excellent Happiness Hour, a three-hour block of awesomeness running from 4 to 7PM, Monday through Friday at participating locations.

Our $5 snacks include our warm House-Baked Soft Pretzels served with white queso, yellow mustard and sriracha ranch dipping sauces, and our house-made Blue & White Chips with bleu cheese crumbles and white queso.

Or for just two bucks more, try our Duck Wings or our Buffalo Chicken Meatballs, which come tossed in Frank’s RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce, topped with bleu cheese crumbles and served with carrots, celery sticks and bleu cheese dressing.

Pair these with any of our amazing drink specials, like our $3 craft drafts and wells, $4 import drafts and $6 seasonal cocktails and house wine.

And don’t forget to include us in the fun. Use the official hashtag #BrickhouseTT when you post your photos on social media and keep an eye out for our likes, RTs and regrams.

See you and your crew at Brick House!

Date night at Brick House: Menu picks for a romantic night out

Date night at Brick House: Menu picks for a romantic night out

by brickhouseblog · Jul 11, 2016

It’s always a good night for date night at Brick House. Whether you’re aiming to impress on a first date or just enjoy an evening out with your main squeeze, Chef Tim’s recommendations from Brick House’s handcrafted food menu are just the thing for romance—or at least some witty banter.

Ready to get things started? Order a few apps and let the conversation begin to flow. We recommend the Butcher’s Board, which features a generous assortment of prosciutto, pepperoni, salami, country sausage, shaved sirloin, blue cheese, brie, pimiento cheese, and smoked cheddar with homemade crostini.

Or take a walk on the wild side with the Seven Layer Dip, a flavorful, layered mélange of white bean purée, harissa, yogurt, oven-roasted tomatoes, smashed avocados, smoked cheddar and chopped olives served with grilled naan. Chef Tim points out that all of these apps aren’t especially messy—meaning you can focus on your date rather than the whereabouts of your napkin.

Kobe Pizza copyIf it’s true that sharing means caring, then you can’t go wrong with a pizza. Our brick oven-fired pizzas range from the classic—our Pepperoni Pizza has mozzarella and brick cheese topped with thick slices of hand-cut pepperoni—to the creative. Case in point: our Kobe Brick Pizza, which comes with marinara, wagyu beef, brick cheese, caramelized onions, oven-roasted tomatoes, crispy bacon and arugula.

Our meatballs are also perfect for sharing. The Buffalo Chicken Meatballs consist of ground beef and pork mixed with spicy basil, tossed in Frank’s® hot sauce, topped with bleu cheese crumbles, with a side of carrot and celery with bleu cheese dressing. The Drunken Pork Meatballs—ground pork, bacon, buttermilk and Tabasco® with a whiskey BBQ glaze, served with jalapeño bacon cornbread and fried shallots—are another great pick.

Not in the mood to share? We have some amazing entrées perfect for a special night with a special someone. The Shrimp and Chips offers hand-battered crispy shrimp served with tartar sauce, hard cider apple slaw and fries; the Drunken Chops features two house-brined center-cut pork chops with a whiskey BBQ glaze topped with onion strings and served with cheddar mashed potatoes; and the Steak & Shrooms has two tenderloin filets, sautéed mushrooms, caramelized onions, smoked provolone with fried mushrooms, piquant sauce and crispy potatoes.

Our extensive drink menu—featuring domestic and imported beers, fine wines and craft cocktails—means you’ll always get the perfect pairing.

Start planning your evening right now with our menu, and if it’s a date to remember, don’t forget to document it on Instagram by using the official hashtag #BrickHouseTT.
