On Mondays, Roast Chicken is what’s on the menu. The meal comes with half a chicken served with gin jus, mashed potatoes and green beans. Stella Artois’ mild malt and light hops will accentuate the richness of the roast bird.
On Tuesdays, we’re all about the Spicy Sticky Ribs: pork ribs with sweet and spicy Thai BBQ, peanut sauce and cilantro with garlic broccoli. To damper the heat just a bit, pair it with a deliciously malty Sam Adams Lager.
In the mood for Lamb Chops? Wednesdays are for you. Ours are brushed with an herb garlic sauce and served with roasted potatoes and asparagus. Flavor this big needs a big beer to match. We like Goose Island IPA.
For those who pregame for the weekend on Thursday, the subtle sharpness of our Pimento Cheese Burger -— our famous house burger with scratch-made pimento cheese — is nicely complemented by a light and easy Bud Lite.
And when it’s finally time to celebrate the end of the week, it’s Coconut Shrimp Fridays. Our plump shrimp are plated with spicy coconut cream sauce, seared green beans and jasmine rice. We think it goes great with the creamy, subtly spicy Blue Moon.
And if you live for Steak Nights, know that ours take place on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Choose between a juicy Braveheart Black Angus ribeye or filet served with wild mushroom butter, roasted red potatoes and your choice of side.
